Faster shipping: Shipped Monday to Saturday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
Orders are usually dispatched 1 to 2 working days after they are placed.

Once an order is placed, it usually takes 2-4 business days to be processed. As we offer worldwide shipping, the delivery time may vary depending on the country you are ordering from. In most countries, parcels arrive within 9 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your items are dispatched. You will also receive an email notification when your parcel changes region.
We will be happy to help you if you have not received a notification or your tracking number is not working.
How can I track the status of my order?
After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an update email. In this email you will find your tracking number and information.
Problems displaying tracking updates?
As much as we would like to be able to provide every customer with the most accurate tracking information, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information as you.
For this reason, it is difficult for us to provide an estimated time of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate all shipping conditions and ensure your satisfaction.
